Admission Policy

Admissions at Beacon High School

We are delighted that you are considering Beacon High School for your child’s educational journey. Our admission process is designed to be transparent and straightforward. Below, you will find all the necessary information regarding our policy, required documents, and the steps to apply.

Admission Policy

  • Admission is open to all children irrespective of race, nationality, religion, caste, or gender.
  • Class strength is capped at 40 students per division to ensure personalized attention.
  • Siblings of current students receive preference in case of a vacancy.
  • The child must fulfill the age criteria as per the School Managing Committee.
  • Registration is valid for the current academic year only.
  • Waitlisted students will be contacted if a vacancy arises during the year.

Procedure for Admission

Step 1: Registration
  • Obtain and submit the Registration Form from the school office.
  • A non-refundable registration fee of ₹500 is payable at submission.
  • Carry all required documents for verification at the time of submission.
Step 2: Document Verification & Interaction
  • After processing the form, you will receive an appointment for the next step.
  • Important: Missing your scheduled appointment will result in cancellation.
Step 3: Admission Confirmation
  • Admission is confirmed only after document verification and payment of the first fee installment.
  • For Non-Pune Residents: Online registration is allowed, but verification and admission must be completed in person, subject to seat availability.

Documents Required for Admission

Please submit the following documents. Failure to provide these will invalidate the admission process.

For the Student:

  • 2 recent passport-size photographs
  • Original Birth Certificate
  • School Leaving Certificate (Std. I onwards)
  • Report Card from the previous school (Std. I onwards)
  • Medical Certificate (if applicable)
  • Caste Certificate (attested by a notary)

For Parents/Guardians:

  • 1 passport-size photograph of each parent
  • ID Proof (PAN, Passport, Driving License, or Aadhar)
  • Residential Proof (Electricity Bill, Driving License, Aadhar, or Rent Agreement)
  • Employer Letter (in case of transfer)
